The following information provides you more detailed options about holding your next Birthday Party at THE SPOT. You are welcome to fill out this Contract and submit it to us online, or you can just visit us in person at THE SPOT to complete it. At this time, we are only accepting required deposits in person. Don't forget to include the desired date you wish to hold your Birthday Party, so that we may contact you about the firm availability of that date.     Birthday Party contract
    Parties include Bouncing Castle, skate rental, 3 hour session, pizza and drinks. Cups and paper plates are provided for the pizza, but not for the cake. However, we sell plates and forks for the cake. Extra cups are .25 each.
    Party for 10 kids = $99.99 + tax. Includes 10 hot dogs or 3 pizzas and 2 pitchers of soda.

    Party for 20 kids = $199.99 + tax. Includes 20 hot dogs or 6 pizzas and 4 pitchers of soda.

    Party for 30 kids = $299.99 + tax. Includes 30 hot dogs or 9 pizzas and 6 pitchers of soda.
    Extra pizzas $9.95 ea. Extra pitcher of soda $5.00 ea. Extra kids $6.00 ea.
    Time for the parties are Thursday 6 pm to 9 pm, Fridays 6 pm to 9pm, Saturday 1 pm to 4 pm & 5 pm to 8 pm, and Sunday 3 pm to 6 pm.

    Private parties are 2hrs long for $389.99 and up to 30 kids with 9 pizzas and 6 pitchers of soda. B.Y.O.B. $50.00
    1. Deposit is non-refundable and to reschedule we need to be notified 10 days in advance.
    2. We recommend you to bring us a list of all your guests between ages 2-18, to be given to the manager. From time to time we get a few customers who don't recognize the people on their list, however you will be charged for everybody we put on the list.
    3. Due to us having more parties coming in after you, it is recommended to start picking up 15 minutes prior to your ending time.
    4. Keep in mind that there is an admission fee for everyone except for the parents taking care of their children.
    5. Please, no confetti on the tables or the floor. Pinatas have to be free of confetti, and not weigh more than 20 lbs.
    6. Cake time: your guests have to be seated while they eat their slice of cake due to possible mess on the carpet or floor.
    7. Absolutely no outside food or drinks. If you get caught with any of these items, a penalty of $50.00 will be added to your bill.
    8.     THE SPOT is not responsible for any lost or stolen items or any type of injury that may occur while in our establishment, and please advise your guests who will be attending the party, too.
    9. Kids must be accompanied their parents while playing miniature golf, and shoes must be worn at all times.
    10. Game room & Private room are given to parties of 20 kids or more only. You will be charged for 20 kids even if you only had 10 or less.
